Meet Rosette Clockel, client services representative, who would like to meet George Clooney, is always on the phone, and can execute a very graceful arabesque!
Tell us about your role at Nuesoft.
I work in client services, so essentially I assist clients with any problems or questions that they have. If I can’t resolve it myself, I’ll direct them to the appropriate department to get it resolved.
How long have you been working in health care?
About 10 years. I worked in medical offices within different specialties and did medical billing and collections as well before switching over to the software side.
What do you like to do when you’re not assisting clients?
I enjoy working out and cooking. I recently started taking ballet lessons - I’m not very good at it but it’s fun!
What is the best part of your job?
I really like being able to solve people’s problems and make them happy. Working things out for clients is my favorite part. I guess it’s the mothering instinct in me!
What’s it like being the font of all Nuesoft-related knowledge?
Well, it means I probably answer about 100 phone calls each day! But I kind of like that – I’ve always been the go-to person wherever I’ve worked.
How would you rate the tidiness of your desk on a
scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is a disaster area and 10 is obsessive-compulsively neat?
Oh, it’s organized chaos! I know where everything is though. I’d probably give it a 7. (Ed: It’s really a 10!)
Do you have a favorite movie?
The Notebook – I am a hopeless romantic.
Which celebrity would you most like to meet?
George Clooney! Who wouldn’t?
Parting words of wisdom?
My elementary school principal used to say, “Common
sense is not so common”. It’s very true!
